 Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge, as settlers, that we are on the ancestral land of the Anishnaabe, Attawandron, Haudenosaune peoples, the Dish with One Spoon Covenant and the Huron Tract Treaty.

We give thanks for their care of this land for thousands of years. Teach us to be wise stewards of this land, respectfully acknowledging the right of all to live in safety, with adequate housing, clean water, access to health care and education. We commit ourselves to the work of reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
